MARY GROOMES LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE

THE PROGRAM

The Mary Groomes Leadership Institute is an intensive day and a half leadership seminar sponsored by the National Council on Student Development (NCSD) for selected women at a community college across the country.

The student track will focus on the following:

1. Career Readiness
2. Independence and Life Style Development
3. Financial Literacy
4. Empowerment

Advisors are encouraged to attend the conference with their student(s). Advisors will be notified of student’s application acceptance.
