Strategic Plan and Priorities
Research models of excellence, assess organizational leadership models and submit recommendations to the NCSD Board.
Extend membership invitations to local and global markets.
Develop a 3-year external resource acquisition plan that is aligned with NCSD organizational priorities.
Develop a membership plan that reaches existing and new markets locally and globally.
Develop and implement the NCSD advocacy platform.
Identify and continue to establish partnerships/strategic alliances annually (3-5 minimum).
